Now Hiring - Auto Parts Sales Associate in Redwood City, CA

We are seeking a qualified Parts Associate to join our ever growing organization here in Redwood City, CA

The ideal candidate would have knowledge and experience with Auto/diesel parts and/ or call center experience

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Embrace and promote our customer service philosophy. Professionally exceed customer expectations every day.
• Follow all established our policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with identification of parts.
• Handle phone calls, email and faxes for Parts Source customer orders. Enter these orders in Oracle and handle all facets of the order entry process, i.e. checking delivery dates, credit cards, etc.
• Provide support for customers with all parts concerns, i.e. backorders, overnight shipments, return goods authorizations etc.
• Solve and/or seek assistance in resolving any customers needs and requests.
• Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and customer base
• Other duties as directed by the Call Center Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

Experience:

• Parts Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• ASE Certification (Preferred)
